Integrating Proofpoint with ThreatDefence​

Step 1: Create New TAP Connected Application Credential​

  1. Login to the TAP dashboard at https://threatinsight.proofpoint.com
  2. Navigate to Settings > Connected Applications
  3. Click Create New Credential
  4. Name the new credential set and click Generate image
  5. Take a copy of the Service Principal and Secret.

Step 2: Configuration in ThreatDefence​

1. Provide ThreatDefence with Client Information:

  • Provide the following information to your ThreatDefence representative at support [at] threatdefence.com:

    • Service Principal
    • Secret
